"Radio Mambo" was actually born in the mid-1990's, when myself and a couple of my future-think friends and I concocted a world, with avatars, of course ("Dr. Wrong Element" was my nom de plum) around a pirate radio station named "Radio Mambo." In the scenario, the radio station was on a tramp steamer anchored off-shore of any (and all) tyrannous nation-states and we would broadcast no-bullshit, keep-it-real, broadcasts to Captive Nation status peoples - and any other folks who thought they had the "answer." The mantra was, "free your mind and your ass will follow." 

That's what "Radio Mambo" is all about.
